A reservation can be canceled at no cost until 48 hours (based on 15:00) Before the scheduled arrival date. Reimbursement will be completed within 7 days following the cancellation through the initial means of payment. For changes, please cancel your reservation and choose your new dates through the site or contact us via [email protected] All reservations are subject to the general conditions which follow on our site. No refunds or credits will be given for early departures. Please note that our regular reservation and cancellation policy is in force for all reservations and no exceptions will be made. The only change to this policy concerns the closure of the Lake Lodge by the government. In this case, the reservations concerned will be issued with a gift voucher of 100% of the amount of their reservation, valid 1 an. This special exception applies only in the case of a forced closure, and NO OTHER CASES. We cannot be held responsible for individual situations.

Rooms contain bedding, bath towels, Savon & shampoo, paper toilet. BREAKFAST IS NOT INCLUDED. The use of watercraft is included at no additional cost, conditional on wearing a life jacket.. No supervision is offered by the Lodge. The Lodge is not responsible for any incident related to access to the lake and the use of boats..

Additional adult travelers who exceed room capacity may stay at an additional charge of 25 $. Only a floor mattress & 1 pillow can be provided to them. It is their responsibility to bring a sleeping bag and sheets.. Children under 12 years are welcome without charge: only a floor mattress can be provided to them depending on availability.

A common kitchen containing stove, fridge, crockery and accessories are accessible at all times. You can leave your groceries in the fridge and prepare breakfast and other meals. You will also find there : sel, pepper, oil & vinegar, ketchup & Mayonnaise Tea & café, sugar and cream are at your disposal. From June to September, items are for sale in the refrigerator : soft drink, biscuits, nut, chilled desserts, chips. Payment is made by credit card or by leaving cash in a box for this purpose..

a canoe, kayaks, pedal boat are at your disposal. There is no possibility of reservation. We ask you to limit their use to 45 min during busy periods in order to offer everyone the chance to use them. Outside boats are not permitted: this to limit the spread of Eurasian watermilfoil.

Animals are not allowed on site.

Environ 30 mn. The Tourist Village of Saint Jovite and it is a 15 mn. You will find restaurants and food stores there.
